Yes we do. Satufaction is guaranteed! If you are not happy with your purchase, simply send it back within 10 days of ship date. The item must be in the same condition in which we sent it to you. We will refund your money less shipping charges.

All in stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours (based on USPS scheduling). Priority Shipping will result in a 3-5 day shipping time. Express Shipping will result in a 3-4 day shipping time.
What if the items I order are not in-stock? top
Due to the number of beads and charms we sell not all items are in stock all the time, our suppliers are sensitive to our customers wishes and normally fill our orders within 1-2 working days.
